Hello, Im currently researching my family tree and am very glad to have come upon this site.. My maternal grand mother was a Keasberry and her name was Nelly Keasberry.
She was the daughter of a William Keasberry and a Mary Lim Ah Moi (Convert). She was born in Beaufort, Sabah on the island of Borneo, early 1900s (South China Sea). They also had a son (William Keasberry) but he was killed by the Japanese in the second world war. He was in his late teens, to early twenties when he died..
Does anyone know of a William Keasberry who may have lived in North Borneo in the early 1900s? I dont believe he died there though.
