 On 24 October 2017 Iet Keasberry-Kockx peacefully passed away. Iet Kockx was born on 25 August 1922 in The Hague, the Netherlands. She was the widow of Cor Helder, who died in March 1945, at the end of World War II. Their son Kees was born in April 1945.
Since 1948 Iet was the wife of Lodewijk Egbert (Loet) Keasberry (96) who did all the research on the roots of the Keasberry family. His work has formed the basis for this website.
Iet was the dear mother of Kees Helder and Helen Keasberry, and of Lex Keasberry who passed away in 2014. She will be missed by her grandchildren Priscilla, Richard, Menno, Hugo and Suzanne and by her eleven great-grandchildren.
